While creating the Lokkum Collection, we primarily wanted to express our respect for the stones, beads and materials we use. Keeping this in mind, we started making prayer beads / malas and the Lokkum Yoga collection was born. Initially, in the Sanskrit language of ancient India, prayer and rosary were called tsepa and tsepian respectively. The first Hindus, who used the rosary for counting the prayers while sending them to God, were followed by Buddhists, and the rosary spread to the East, to Middle Asia with Islam and to Europe with Catholic Christianity. Although the number of beads counted varies according to the beliefs of the religion, each bead in essence comprises a prayer and an intention.The necklaces and bracelets in the Lokkum Yoga series are accessories that will reflect your story and help you to count your mantra, practice meditation, and develop yoga practice. For this reason, we believe that each accessory will make you feel good for your intentions and purposes.
