Refund policy

You may return your purchase simply through following the guidelines below:

The product(s) can only be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase and when accompanied by proof of purchase, provided that other conditions for return are met.

The product(s) must be in like new condition, unless defective when sold. "Like new" means unworn, undamaged, unaltered, salable and with all tickets attached.

When your package is ready,

If your return is not accepted by Lokkum due to failure to meet the return conditions, you will be notified by email and no refund will be issued.

You shall not have any right to cancel the order under the following circumstances;

  • If pursuant to Lokkum’s sole discretion the product(s) are detected to be used off, damaged, devalued or are not resalable.
  • You do not have the right to refund the product(s) due to unexpected level of customs related taxes, duties, charges, fee.

ATTENTION!

The shipping and customs clearance costs (if any) are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping and customs clearance costs (if any) will be deducted from your refund.

REFUNDS:

Approved refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
