At LOKKUM, every piece of jewelry is carefully prepared and inspected before shipping. We want
you to feel confident with your purchase. If you wish to return an item, please review the following
information.

1.Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from eligible online purchases within 14 calendar days of
receiving their order, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, please send a clear
withdrawal statement to info@lokkum.de before the withdrawal period expires. For orders
governed by German and EU consumer law, customers must send the returned goods within 14
calendar days after notifying us of their withdrawal. For orders governed by Turkish consumer
law, the applicable statutory return deadlines apply.
2. How to Return an Item
Please contact info@lokkum.de and include your order number. You do not need to provide a
reason when exercising your statutory right of withdrawal. We recommend using a tracked
shipping service and retaining your proof of shipment.
3. Return Conditions
We kindly ask customers to handle jewelry with care and return it with its original packaging and
accessories whenever possible. Customers may inspect an item to determine its nature,
characteristics and suitability. Where permitted by law, customers may be responsible for any
reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for such inspection. The
absence of original packaging does not automatically invalidate statutory withdrawal rights.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Germany & EU Orders: Customers bear the direct cost of returning items when exercising their
statutory right of withdrawal, provided they were informed of this obligation before purchase.
Türkiye Orders: For eligible returns under the statutory right of withdrawal, LOKKUM covers
return shipping costs when customers use Yurtiçi Kargo, our designated return carrier. Please
contact us before arranging your return to receive shipping instructions.
Defective or Incorrect Items: Where an item is defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied, the
applicable statutory consumer rights and shipping obligations apply.
5. Refunds
Germany & EU Orders: We will reimburse eligible payments within 14 days of receiving your
withdrawal notification. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the returned item or you
provide evidence of having sent it back, whichever occurs first. Where required by law, refunds
include the original standard delivery charge. Additional costs for premium delivery services are
excluded.
Türkiye Orders: Refunds will be processed within the deadlines required by applicable Turkish
consumer law. Where required by law, refunds include the original delivery costs. Refunds will be
made using the original payment method unless otherwise expressly agreed.

6. Personalized & Hygiene-Sensitive Items
Certain items may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal where permitted by law,
including jewelry made to a customer’s specifications or clearly personalized. Hygiene-related
exclusions apply only where the relevant legal conditions are satisfied. Earrings are not
automatically excluded from statutory withdrawal rights. These exceptions do not affect statutory
rights relating to defective or non-conforming products.
7. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us at info@lokkum.de.
Please include your order number and, where possible, photographs of the item. We will review
the issue and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer protection
laws.

Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including
standard delivery costs where applicable, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the
day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied
evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.
You must send back the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on
which you communicate your withdrawal. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are liable for any diminished value of the goods only if it results from handling other than
what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
