Shipping policy

Products in stock are shipped within 2-4 business days. Deliveries to Germany and Europe are made from our Germany office, while deliveries to Turkey are made from our Turkey office.

If there is a Saturday/Sunday or public holiday between the order and delivery, delivery may be delayed by one business day. During public holidays, shipping will be carried out on the first business day after the holiday.

No shipping costs are charged for deliveries within Germany and Turkey.

For international orders, the customer is responsible for customs/tax fees. These fees are determined according to each country's customs regulations.

Packages sent from Germany to destinations outside Europe may be subject to import duties, customs duties, and fees imposed by the destination country. Any additional fees for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient; we have no control over these fees and cannot estimate their amount.
